-Owner - Residential
You will need to fill out Owner application, bring in a copy of your general warranty deed or deed of trust and make a $70.00 meter deposit.
You will need to fill out Renter application, bring in a copy of your lease and make a $120.00 meter deposit
You will need to fill out Commercial service application, bring in copy a of your Deed or Lease agreement. Call office for meter deposit amount.
